I had been a client since 2016 and I am always happy with the services. Since the pandemic, I had been using their online service for remittance which is very convenient to me. Just a few clicks from your bank to do etransfer and send them an email. Then they send you back the picture of your remittance. The staff of Universal are so accomodating that they know everyone that comes to their door. Nakakagaan kasi kilala ka nila and that is a plus pag malayo ka sa pamilya. Great job and keep it up!
